- 30 Days of Prayer – Day #6
Day 6. Omit 1 meal today – Pray for a supernatural gift of pure love (Greek: agape); not to condone any sinful actions, but to be open and warm to prodigals and the lost, even when they are still yet in their sin (Romans 5:8). Pray for them from a position of love, not a position of judgment and anger (Luke 6:37, II Corinthians 2:7-11).
- 30 Days of Prayer – Day #5
Day 5. Fast from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Pray for the “elder son” who stayed faithful; that the church will prepare their hearts to receive the backslider back with joy and excitement (Luke 15:29-32).

Day 4. Omit 1 meal today – Pray for the Lord to pour out His riches when the backslider returns (Luke 15:22-23), and that the Lord would lavish His love on the backslider and pour out blessings of every kind—spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially (Luke 15:24, Col. 2:6-10).

Day 3. Omit 1 meal today – Pray for backsliders to come home and return to the grace of God (Luke 15:20, II Timothy 2:25). Pray also for “all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”

Day 2. Omit 1 meal today – Pray that we go beyond the quarries (rough rocky places) of this life and overcome any challenges or crises in our world. “And Ehud escaped while they tarried, and passed beyond the quarries…” (Judges 3:26). Pray for the lost to be saved (I Timothy 2:1-4; I John 5:13-15). Pray for the unsaved to come to the knowledge of the truth.
- 30 Days of Prayer – Day #1
Day 1. Omit 1 meal today – Pray that we live a life of repentance and allow God to take away our stony heart and give us a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 11:19; Ezekiel 36:26; Jeremiah 31:33; Hebrews 8:10). Pray for a personal burden to seek the lost. Pray that our goals will be aligned with the Lord’s goals: “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10).
- URGENT: Please pray for Sis. Betty “Mimi” Murphy
Sis Betty “Mimi” Murphy fell, and her shoulder may be dislocated. She is in extreme pain and the ambulance is on the way. Please join us now in interceding for her in prayer! We are also thanking God that there are no fatalities in the explosion in downtown Memphis, TN.

Pastor Les Benedum is being told that they plan to send him to rehab for two weeks. Between their sons, Bro. Adam and Bro Michael, and their wives, they will be on hand to take care of Sis. Benedum. Their presbyter and a neighboring pastor are planning to try to help cover their pulpit for their church services.

UPDATE: Pastor Les Benedum got out of surgery at 4pm. They put two screws in his hip. His shoulder isn’t dislocated at the break so surgery on it isn’t needed. They are just going to put it in a sling. This was all better than they first thought. Thank you for continuing in prayer!

Pastor Les Benedum fell outside going to the car. He was hurt badly and was taken by ambulance to Elkins hospital. It was found that he broke his shoulder and hip. He will be getting surgery. Please pray!
