Day 3. Omit 1 meal today –  Prayer for Examination – Read Psalm 139:23-24 – Ask the Spirit to search your heart and reveal any areas of unconfessed sin. Acknowledge these to the Lord, repent of them, and thank Him for His forgiveness.
