Day 7. Pray for spiritually-caused famine to afflict the wayward to motivate them to come home (Luke 15:16, I Corinthians 5:5); pray that anything or anyone the backslider is placing their trust in, outside of the Lord, would be removed from their life. Pray that whatever once brought them pleasure would become empty, that the novelty of their situation will fade.
